Company and Role Description:
๐Ÿข Founded in 2022 by a surgeon, a polytechnic engineer, and a former Investment Banking Associate, DeepDocs is a rapidly growing HealthTech specializing in automating medical reports using both GenAI and Proprietary AI models, combined with Prompt Engineering. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales/Business Developer to join our team.
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ As a Sales/Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion efforts within the healthcare sector first. Working closely with the co-founders, engineers and product managers, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข ๐Ÿ“ˆ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the AI x healthcare sector.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ผ Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ“Š Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
โ€ข ๐Ÿค Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ” Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ“ Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ“ˆ Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Required Skills:
โ€ข Strong understanding of the AI x Healthcare industry landscape and market trends.
โ€ข Proven track record of success in sales/business development roles, preferably within the tech or healthcare sectors.
โ€ข Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
โ€ข Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
โ€ข Proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

โ€ข Demonstrated experience in sales/business development roles, preferably within the tech or healthcare sectors.
โ€ข Knowledge of Leads-generation tools, CRM software and sales analytics tools.
โ€ข Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the AI x health industry.
โ€ข Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Compensation:
The compensation will be based on a commission-based structure with a competitive salary range and BSPCE participation. Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance.
